Me, as the President truly honored to have this great opportunity, on behalf of the Sri Lanka Society of Rugby Football Referees (SLSRFR) to convey my sincere gratitude and thank all those Members of SLSRFR. I, especially like to thank my active referees, Committee, Educators, Trainers, promoters and sponsors for their trust and support, without which our work is worthless, and our vision and mission would not be successful. As the President, my goal is to create a sustainable growth within members non and active to showcase Refereeing to provide more opportunities for the best and up & coming new referees to help their dreams come true as well as achieve our goal. For that, we are striving to improve our self-image and value to become the most popular and highly reliable society through INTEGRITY • PASSION • SOLIDARITY DISCIPLINE • RESPECT. Further, we are looking for better opportunities for top rankers, and for new commers, while we nurture the up and coming in between. We are fully aware that fulfilling the vision and its goals, it not only calls for greater wisdom, stronger belief, more active attitude, more practical. ideas and more diligent efforts, but also need strong support and trust from you as members. However, we are looking forward to reaching deeper and ever-strengthened relationships with overseas academies, associations / federations for exchange programs. We sincerely hope to build an everlasting friendship and strong trust to create fair opportunities for each other and the sport of Rugby Referees in the future.
