Asia Rugby conducted its West Asia 7’s in Doha Qatar and both UAE men’s & Women’s clinched the Gold to end a perfect tournament. This tournament was conducted on the 08th & 09th of Oct 2021.
United Arab Emirates Men’s beat Spirited Iran in the Cup Finals by 38-14 and SL A panel Referee Aaqil Jamaldeen officiated the Final & SL A panel referee Dilum Deeshana officiated the Women’s Cup finals, where UAE Women’s team emerged victorious over Qatar by 41-0. The tournament officials were Managed by SL Veteran Referee’s now WR, ARFU trainer, Educator & Chairmen of SLSRFR T&E Dilroy Fernando.
